These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VintaBid website and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), operated by Siam Vintage Trading Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing, browsing, or using VintaBid, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country to use VintaBid. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To participate in auctions, sell, or purchase on VintaBid, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your account and password.
Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Auction and Bidding Rules
Bids placed on auctions are binding. If you are the winning bidder, you are obligated to complete the transaction.
Sellers must accurately describe the condition, size, and any defects of their items.
We reserve the right to cancel bids or auctions in the case of errors, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
Reserve prices (if set) must be clearly stated.
4. Buying and Selling
Buyers must ensure timely payment for items won or purchased.
Sellers must ensure timely shipment of items after payment is confirmed.
VintaBid is a venue for buyers and sellers; we are not a party to the actual transactions between users.
5. Payments
Payments must be made through the methods provided by VintaBid.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and other applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
Non-payment may result in account suspension or a ban from participating in future auctions.
6. Fees
VintaBid may charge sellers listing fees, selling commissions, or service fees, which will be clearly outlined before listing or selling an item.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access our Platform.
Disrupt the operation or security of VintaBid.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on VintaBid — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by Siam Vintage Trading Co., Ltd. or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
VintaBid is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of listed items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siam Vintage Trading Co., Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are made, we will post the revised Terms on our website and update the effective date.
Your continued use of VintaBid after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
